This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased through our online store. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

All returns are processed by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@maanfy.com to request authorization. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Return Shipping Cost

Maanfy will bear the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges. Customers will not be charged any additional handling or processing fees. There is no restocking fee applied to any returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollars). If your payment was made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item instead of receiving a refund, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be communicated prior to processing.
