This shipping policy applies to all products available on our website, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center to ensure that your lighting products and chandeliers arrive in perfect condition.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT-5). To ensure timely processing, orders placed before 16:00 (GMT-5) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after 16:00 (GMT-5) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

Our team requires between 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and fulfill each order. This includes verifying payment, quality inspection, and secure packaging of your products prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and carrier performance. Transit times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time — including both handling and transit — ranges from 7 to 19 business days from the date of order placement. Please allow extra time for remote locations or during periods of high demand.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout. If your payment is made using another currency, please note that your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees beyond our control.
